Job Description

The Sales Support 24D25 role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department by providing administrative support and managing customer relationships. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM software and familiarity with database management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
