• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
• Hire and train others in the team and provide constructive feedback.
• Analyze competitors and market trends to continuously improve social presence.
• Develop and oversee competitions and campaigns to draw attention to the brand.
• Drive brand awareness and generate leads through strategic social strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency in all marketing materials and communications.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
• Hands-on experience using social media for brand awareness and lead generation.
• Familiarity with social media monitoring, scheduling tools, and analytics software.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent understanding and implementation of social media KPIs.
• Ability to deliver creative content, including text, images, and video.
