About Madinat Jumeirah

Set along a two-kilometers stretch of private coastline, Madinat Jumeirah is a beachfront resort comprising four distinctive hotels. Each offers uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf and the iconic Jumeirah Burj Al Arab, with experiences ranging from the contemporary elegance of Jumeirah Al Naseem to the majestic Arabesque charm of Jumeirah Al Qasr. Guests can also enjoy the serene waterfront setting of Jumeirah Mina Al Salam and the secluded Arabian houses of Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf. About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Social Media Manager to join Madinat Jumeirah Resort. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading the day-to-day management of all social media channels for Madinat Jumeirah and its four hotels (Jumeirah Al Qasr, Jumeirah Mina Al Salam, Jumeirah Al Naseem, and Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf).
  • Managing the social media agency, overseeing content creation, approvals, and scheduling, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and brand identity.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders including Rooms, F&B, Events, Spa, and Kids Club to create timely, relevant social content and digital-first storytelling.
  • Driving the digital amplification of campaigns, offers, and experiences, working alongside Marketing and PR to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on social media performance, delivering insights and recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and ROI.
  • Supporting budget planning and managing monthly spend, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximum campaign impact.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or equivalent from an accredited and renowned university.
  • 4 to 5 years of social media management experience, preferably within an international hospitality company, social media agency, or an ad agency.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and stakeholders.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media practices within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and brand voice consistency.
  • Strong innovation and creativity skills.
