Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a Social Media Executive who can amplify the energy of our brands across digital platforms. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Senior Marketing Executive and external agencies to drive daily content, engage our online communities, and support influencer partnerships.

This is a hands-on, high-energy role for someone who’s creative, confident on camera, and passionate about social media. You’ll be our go-to content creator—capturing behind-the-scenes moments, real-time experiences, and making sure our brand voice shines through in every post, story, and reel.


Responsibilities


Content Creation & Coordination

  • Capture and edit on-site content (photos, videos, reels) for all venues and events
  • Coordinate with the agency on content handover and campaign execution
  • Ensure consistent brand tone and visual identity across all platforms


Social Media Management

  • Manage daily posts, stories, and interactions across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Respond to DMs, comments, and tags in real-time to foster community engagement
  • Monitor trending content formats, audio, and platform updates


Community & Influencer Engagement

  • Identify and liaise with influencers, creators, and brand fans
  • Support the execution of giveaways, collaborations, and UGC campaigns
  • Build and maintain an influencer database


Reporting & Insights

  • Track platform analytics and performance metrics
  • Provide weekly insights on audience engagement, content performance, and growth opportunities
  • Recommend content formats or posting strategies based on data


Marketing Support

  • Contribute to campaign brainstorms and activation ideas
  • Assist with event coverage and on-ground content capture
  • Support the wider marketing team with ad hoc creative and administrative needs


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in a content or social media role (internships included)
  • Comfortable recording content and being on-camera when needed
  • Proficient in mobile editing tools like CapCut, InShot, and Canva (Photoshop is a plus)
  • Strong writing skills for captions and community replies
  • Naturally social and digitally fluent — understands TikTok trends, Instagram Reels, meme culture
  • Highly organized, responsive, and a self-starter with a proactive mindset
