Social Media Content Creator

A content creator is required to support the growth of Instagram and TikTok communities for a fitness and weight loss brand led by Carola Lenzenweger. The role focuses on crafting engaging, high-quality video content—particularly Reels—and writing compelling hooks to drive views, shares, and community interaction. The aim is to build an engaged online audience in preparation for the launch of multiple digital products, including a free guide, an online course, and a 12-week coaching program. This is a remote, part-time contract position with flexibility and room for creative input, offering the opportunity to shape the brand’s social presence during a critical growth phase.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating content for Instagram Reels and TikTok, with a focus on health, fitness, or personal development
• Ability to write strong video hooks and structure viral short-form content
• Understanding of current social media trends and platform algorithms
• Skills in video editing and improving visual content quality using mobile or desktop tools
• Ability to collaborate on community-building strategies around online fitness and wellness programs
• Strong communication skills and proactive, remote work ethic
• Experience supporting social media growth for personal brands or coaches is preferred
• German language skills are a plus
