Role Overview 
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on, and creative Social Media & Content Executive to support our Social Media Manager and Marketing Managers across the GCC and Singapore. You will lead day-to-day content creation, scheduling, publishing, reporting, and community engagement across all social platforms. This role requires strong storytelling, content editing skills, platform knowledge, and the ability to manage localised content across multiple markets. 
 
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning 

  • Support the Social Media Manager and Marketing Managers with monthly and campaign-specific social content strategies.
  • Create and manage monthly content calendars to support merchant offers, promotions, drive redemptions, and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Research trends, competitor content, and platform updates to inform the content plan.
  • Align monthly with local Marketing Managers to localise content effectively.
Content Creation & Production 
  • Create engaging, shareable content for social platforms, including static posts, carousels, Reels, Stories and TikToks.
  • Use tools such as Canva, CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Suite to produce and edit content with quick turnaround. 
  • Direct and shoot content when needed (lifestyle, UGC, and merchant footage), visiting merchant outlets and locations when required - support with non-focus markets (e.g. UAE) if needed. 
  • Work with influencers, brand ambassadors and merchants to source and co-create content.
  • Own end-to-end content management, including briefing designers, overseeing creative approvals, and delivering content for scheduling.
  • May require travel to focus markets for content creation on a quarterly basis.
 
Publishing & Scheduling 
  • Schedule and publish content for all markets using tools like Hootsuite and Storyly.
  • Ensure post timing aligns with campaign launches and local market moments.
  • Coordinate with local teams to boost priority content and align on paid vs organic strategy.
Community Management 
  • Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms.
  • Engage with followers in a timely, brand-appropriate manner. 
  • Escalate and collaborate with Customer Support or Marketing Managers when needed.
Reporting & Optimisation 
  • Track key performance metrics including engagement, reach, redemptions and shares.
  • Deliver monthly social media reports with performance insights by market.
  • Use insights to optimise posting formats, timing and content types.
Collaboration & Communication 
  • Coordinate closely with Marketing Managers, Creative and Customer Support teams.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across markets and campaigns. 
  • Participate in content briefings, post-shoot planning, and campaign alignment sessions.

What we’re looking for
  • 3+ years of experience in social media content creation.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • Proficient in Canva, InShot, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Basic reporting and analytics experience using Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, or Hootsuite.
  • Experience in managing and sourcing influencer or UGC content.
  • Comfortable working across multiple brands, platforms, and markets.
  • Comfortable with travel across GCC and internationally.
  • UAE drivers license.
