The role of a Site Supervisor for Steel Structural projects is critical in ensuring successful project execution and completion. This position involves managing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, specifically focusing on steel structures. The Site Supervisor will oversee all aspects of the construction process, including planning, organization, and directing staff and contractors. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers on site.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project plans and specifications.
• Communicate daily with project managers on work progress and future tasks.
• Inspect steel structures and materials to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure materials arrive on site timely.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of site activities and progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or similar field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising steel structural projects.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with all stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Familiarity with construction management software and relevant technical tools.
• Certification in site supervision or project management is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
