Job Description

We are looking for a Civil Site Inspector to inspect civil and structural works for a confidential power generation IPP project in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Inspect earthworks, excavation, backfilling, formwork, reinforcement, concrete works, foundations, buildings, roads, drainage, and related civil works.
• Verify works against approved drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, and inspection checklists.
• Witness civil tests including concrete testing, soil compaction, material receiving inspections, and quality checks.
• Identify site defects, non-conformities, unsafe conditions, and punch list items.
• Maintain inspection records, daily reports, photographic records, and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with the Civil Engineer, QA/QC team, EPC Contractor, and HSE team.
  
  

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of civil site inspection experience.
• Experience in industrial, power, utility, infrastructure, or EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil inspection, concrete works, foundations, and QA/QC documentation.
• UAE / GCC experience is preferred.
