Site Engineer - Plumbing

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer – Plumbing to oversee and manage all plumbing installation and maintenance activities at construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that plumbing works are carried out in compliance with technical drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project deadlines. Strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all plumbing work on the construction site to ensure compliance with design and standards.

• Review and interpret plumbing drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.

• Monitor daily site activities and ensure work quality and timelines are met.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and the main contractor for seamless project execution.

• Conduct inspections of installed plumbing systems for quality assurance.

• Resolve any technical issues or discrepancies related to plumbing installations.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations.

• Prepare and maintain site reports, work progress updates, and material records.

• Plan and manage the installation of piping systems, fixtures, pumps, and related equipment.

• Attend site meetings and provide technical input when necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline.

• 3–5 years of proven experience in plumbing site supervision, preferably in the UAE.

• Excellent knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation techniques.

• Strong understanding of local regulations, safety standards, and plumbing codes.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
