Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Sr Analyst with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SFDC Service Cloud Sales Cloud Lightning Integration and Customization. With a focus on Customer Experience and Food Services this role will operate in a hybrid work model with day shifts. No travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough testing and validation of SFDC solutions to ensure quality and compliance.
• Support end-users by troubleshooting and resolving SFDC-related issues promptly.
• Document technical specifications and user guides for SFDC implementations.
• Stay updated with the latest SFDC trends and technologies to drive innovation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align SFDC solutions with business objectives.
• Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance SFDC proficiency.
