About The Role

To ensure the efficient, safe, and compliant operation of all non-academic services within the school, including facilities, transport, catering, security, and cleaning. They are responsible for maintaining high standards of service delivery, safeguarding compliance, and supporting the school’s operational excellence in line with UAE regulations and the school’s strategic objectives.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, contract/services management or a related field.
• Recognised Health and Safety certification and auditing such as NEBOSH/IOSH/ISO
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a facilities, operations, or services management role—preferably in a school, university, or large institution
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple third-party vendors (cleaning, catering, maintenance, transport, and security)
• Experience ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, including KHDA, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, and RTA.
• Proven record of managing contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs). Data and reporting.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good analysis and report writing skills
• Strong leadership skills and experience in working with multinational teams
• Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks
• Good cross-cultural, interpersonal & communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures
• Native-level English speaking and writing
• Creative and technical thinking ability
• Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable to different tasks at hand
• Proactive and able to prompt others to ensure deadlines and targets are achieved, calm working under pressure
• High level of integrity
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail

This is a full-time position, starting from July 2026. Remuneration is competitive and it includes visa provision.
