Job Description

A Sales Executive in the Advertising & Branding sector plays a crucial role in driving the company's growth by securing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This position requires a deep understanding of marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and branding concepts. The Sales Executive will work closely with creative teams to develop proposals that meet clients' overall business objectives. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, result-oriented, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. They will be responsible for identifying leads, pitching services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The role demands a proactive approach and a strong passion for advertising and branding, ensuring clients' needs are met while achieving sales targets.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and quotas.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads and business opportunities in the market.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and present tailored advertising solutions.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to craft compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contract terms to secure agreements that align with both client and company goals.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to closing the deal.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive positioning.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and status updates to management.
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to expand industry connections.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and projects.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies impacting the industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within advertising or branding sectors.
  • Strong understanding of advertising, branding, and digital marketing concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven track record in closing deals.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team contributor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients or attend events.
