Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers (in person or by phone/email) and assess their equipment service and repair needs.
• Open and manage service work orders with accurate descriptions of symptoms and service requirements.
• Coordinate with technicians, parts personnel, and service managers to schedule and prioritize jobs.
• Estimate labour, materials, and parts costs and provide customers with timely and transparent quotes.
• Monitor job progress and keep customers informed about the status of their equipment.
• Review completed jobs with customers, explain work performed, and handle billing and invoicing.
• Upsell preventative maintenance, inspections, and additional service solutions based on equipment usage and condition.
• Handle warranty claims and service contract documentation.
• Maintain service records and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure all safety, compliance, and regulatory standards are followed in all service operations.
