You will collaborate closely with other creatives, including producers, graphic designers, and sound engineers, to ensure the final product aligns with the company’s brand identity and meets project objectives. Responsibilities

• Lead the video editing process from start to finish on assigned projects.
• Collaborate with directors and producers to understand the vision and scope of projects.
• Create and enhance high-quality video content using advanced editing techniques.
• Maintain a consistent visual style and tone that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Incorporate music, dialogues, graphics, and special effects effectively in videos.
• Ensure constructed video narratives engage and captivate the intended audience.
• Provide creative input and recommendations during the pre-production phase.
• Stay updated with industry trends to incorporate new technologies and techniques.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of final edits.
• Review and provide feedback on junior editors’ works for quality consistency.
• Organize and manage digital raw footage and maintain a comprehensive archive.
• Work closely with the marketing team to produce content for digital campaigns.

Requirements

• In-depth experience in video editing, with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Proficiency in editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
• Strong understanding of digital media formats, video codecs, and export settings.
• Excellent storytelling skills with an artistic eye for detail and pacing.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines in fast environments.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate within a creative team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
• Experience in color grading and sound editing enhancement is highly desirable.
