Senior Vice President - Business Process Reengineering

As the Senior Vice President - Business Process Reengineer, you will lead the bank’s transformation agenda, driving operational excellence, process optimization, AI adoption, and intelligent automation to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Lead and execute RAKBANK’s enterprise transformation strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Drive large-scale transformation initiatives across banking, operations, risk, finance, compliance, and support functions.
• Champion operational excellence through process simplification, Lean methodologies, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, scalability, cost efficiency, and customer outcomes.
• Establish transformation governance, performance metrics, and value realization frameworks.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to lead change management and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure transformation initiatives meet regulatory, risk, and governance requirements.

What Were Looking For:

• 15+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Consulting, or Enterprise Transformation.
• Proven success leading large-scale transformation and operational excellence programs.
• Strong expertise in process reengineering, digital transformation, automation, AI, and continuous improvement.
• Deep understanding of banking operations, risk, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
