Senior UX/UI Designer (225-721)

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be at the forefront of our digital product experiences, sculpting both functional and visually appealing designs that elevate user satisfaction and engagement. Utilizing a combination of your design expertise and strategic thinking, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align user needs with business goals. You will be driving the entire design process from conceptualization to final implementation, ensuring our products are not only intuitive but also aesthetically pleasing. Your contribution will be critical in enhancing user experiences across various platforms, steering design directions, and mentoring junior designers to foster an environment of innovation and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers to define and implement innovative design solutions.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interactive designs for digital products.
• Conduct user research and analyze findings to improve design decisions.
• Ensure a consistent brand experience across all digital platforms and devices.
• Create and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards for the product team.
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their skills.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility of design solutions during implementation.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs continuously.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and tools in the industry.
• Facilitate brainstorming and ideation sessions to generate creative solutions for design challenges.
• Balance user-centered design practices with business objectives to achieve project goals.
• Lead design reviews and present work to stakeholders and decision-makers effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably within a senior role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and Illustrator.
• Strong portfolio showcasing excellent design skills and user-centric solutions.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing with actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and solutions effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and timelines.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design approach.
• Proven track record of delivering design projects on time and within scope.
