Senior UX/UI Designer (225-1012)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to translate user needs and business goals into delightful digital experiences. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, an eye for clean and artful design, and the ability to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts. Responsibilities

• Design and enhance user interfaces across multiple digital platforms ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Utilize user feedback and analytics to improve product usability and performance.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Develop and maintain design documentation, including specifications, guidelines, and best practices.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure all interactions are on-brand, aesthetically pleasing, and engaging for the user.
• Facilitate design discussions, workshops, and user testing sessions to validate design concepts.
• Coordinate with other designers to ensure a seamless user experience across platforms.
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with an impressive portfolio.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Proficient in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development frameworks is a plus.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is desirable.
