Responsibilities

• Lead UX research projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Design and conduct complex quantitative and qualitative research studies for new features.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate research findings into product development.
• Develop user personas and scenarios based on comprehensive user data analysis.
• Create and maintain a research repository to ensure accessibility of insights across teams.
• Develop and present research findings through compelling reports and presentations to stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior UX researchers to foster their career growth and skill development.
• Stay updated with the latest UX trends and research methods to apply cutting-edge practices.
• Conduct usability testing and gather insightful feedback to improve product usability.
• Work closely with designers to transform research findings into practical design solutions.
• Analyze and interpret data to derive meaningful and actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Advocate for user-centred design principles within cross-functional teams and the organization.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX research with proven project leadership.
• Strong proficiency in various research methodologies, including ethnographic and diary studies.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively present research findings to diverse audiences.
• Experience using UX research tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to drive results.
