What Youll Be Doing

  • Define, design, and execute recruitment strategies for institutional sales, retail sales, marketing, and growth roles as new positions are prioritized
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for sales and marketing teams to ensure the business meets its growth targets
  • Partner with HRBP to manage offer negotiations, onboarding, and candidate communications
  • Capture and maintain market, client, and candidate insights to inform recruitment strategy and support OKX’s growth plans
  • Provide expert guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview processes, and candidate evaluation
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand growth priorities, talent needs, and market trends


What We Look For In You

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting sales, marketing, or growth functions in a corporate or high-growth environment
  • Proven ability to identify, engage, and close top talent, including passive candidates
  • Experience building strong partnerships with cross-functional teams and senior management
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience using market insights and recruitment data to guide hiring decisions


Nice To Have

  • Previous experience in financial services, fintech, or crypto-related industries
  • Strong passion for crypto, digital assets, and emerging financial technologies
  • Experience in global or multi-market recruitment
  • Understanding of marketing, growth, and sales operations
