The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Specialist – Human Capital to support the delivery of Human Capital programmes and operations across the organisation. The role will partner with HR Business Partners, managers and employees to ensure the efficient delivery of employee lifecycle processes, talent programmes, policy implementation, employee relations support and Human Capital operations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a positive employee experience while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Support onboarding, transfers, promotions, organisational changes and offboarding activities, ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records, employment documentation and personnel files.
- Coordinate employment documentation and ensure timely and accurate updates across Human Capital systems.
- Human Capital Operations and Programme Delivery: Execute Human Capital programmes and initiatives in partnership with HR Business Partners and business leaders.
- Support performance-management cycles, including process administration, documentation and stakeholder communications.
- Assist with the implementation of Human Capital policies, procedures and employee communications.
- Monitor adherence to established processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Employee Relations Support: Respond to employee and manager enquiries relating to Human Capital policies, programmes and processes.
- Support HR Business Partners with employee relations cases, documentation and follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure appropriate escalation of employee matters.
- Handle sensitive employee information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare Human Capital reports, dashboards and workforce metrics.
- Track workforce data and provide insights to support informed decision-making.
- Maintain data accuracy, completeness and integrity across Human Capital systems.
- Support recurring and ad hoc reporting requirements for Human Capital and business stakeholders.
- Compliance and Governance: Support compliance with applicable labour laws, company policies and internal controls.
- Assist with audits, background checks and employment-documentation reviews, as required.
- Maintain up-to-date process documentation, workflows and knowledge resources.
- Identify potential compliance or process risks and escalate concerns to the appropriate stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Required Skills / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of relevant Human Resources or Human Capital experience.
- Demonstrated experience supporting employee lifecycle processes, Human Capital programmes and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of Human Capital policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organisational, planning and project-coordination capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Analytical mindset, with experience preparing Human Capital reports and working with workforce data.
- Strong stakeholder-management and customer-service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver effectively within a dynamic environment.
- Preferred Skills / Qualifications
- Experience working within a fast-paced, global organisation.
- Experience supporting employee relations cases and performance-management cycles.
- Experience producing Human Capital dashboards, workforce metrics and management reports.
- Knowledge of applicable UAE labour laws and employment regulations.
