Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Aluminium & Glass Fitter to install, assemble, and repair aluminium and glass structures according to drawings, measurements, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, fabricate, and install aluminium frames and profiles.

• Install glass doors, windows, partitions, curtain walls, shop fronts, and other glass structures.

• Read and understand drawings, measurements, and installation specifications.

• Handle and install different types of glass safely and accurately.

• Use hand tools, power tools, cutting machines, and other fitting equipment.

• Install hinges, locks, handles, rollers, silicone, rubber gaskets, and other accessories.

• Check dimensions, alignment, level, and finishing quality before completion.

• Repair, replace, and adjust aluminium and glass installations when required.

• Follow site safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other workers to complete projects on time.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and the work area in good condition.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Aluminium & Glass Fitter or similar role.

• Knowledge of aluminium fabrication and glass installation.

• Ability to read basic technical drawings and take accurate measurements.

• Good knowledge of hand and power tools.

• Physically fit and able to work at construction sites.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with aluminium doors and windows, shop fronts, curtain walls, glass partitions, and frameless glass.

• Knowledge of silicone sealing and finishing work.

• Ability to identify and solve fitting and installation problems.
