Job Description

As a Senior Sales Associate (Arabic Speaker), you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales objectives, while acting as a point of contact with our esteemed Arabic-speaking clientele. Your expertise in sales, coupled with fluency in Arabic and English, enables you to provide excellent assistance and create enduring relationships with customers. You will harness your deep understanding of our products and services to tailor solutions that meet customer needs and exceed their expectations. In your role, you will also be responsible for mentoring junior associates, ensuring the team thrives in a collaborative environment. Your ability to communicate effectively across cultural contexts will be instrumental in fostering business growth and maintaining our company's reputation in the market.


Responsibilities

  • Engage with Arabic-speaking customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Drive sales targets by identifying and generating new business opportunities.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services offered by the company.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic sales approaches for the Arabic market.
  • Mentor and train junior sales associates to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by managing client expectations proactively.
  • Manage and update customer records with accurate information for future reference.
  • Develop and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market.
  • Participate in trade shows and events to promote the company’s brand presence.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales position, ideally in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a dynamic team environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for effective sales operations.
