Senior Retail Supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of proven UAE retail sales and supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE retail market, including supermarkets, hypermarkets, modern trade, and key retail chains.
• Proven experience in leading and managing large retail sales teams.
• Excellent knowledge of merchandising, shelf management, planograms, promotions, and category management.
• Strong relationships with key retail customers and decision-makers across the UAE.
• Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales, distribution, and profitability targets.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent reporting and forecasting skills.
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to maximize market share and business growth.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and sales reporting systems.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  
  

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the retail sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers and major accounts.
• Ensure excellent execution of merchandising standards, product visibility, and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular market visits, performance reviews, and field coaching for the sales team.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets, distribution goals, and operational KPIs.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and business development plans for management.
