Responsibilities

Supervise and provide guidance to junior nursing staff during daily operations.
Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures and post-care.
Ensure the maintenance and proper functioning of dialysis equipment regularly.
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care plans.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for treatment continuity and review.
Participate in research and development projects aiming at improving dialysis care.
Implement infection control procedures to minimize the risk of infection.

Requirements
Must hold a valid nursing license applicable to the state of employment.
