The Role

As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage large scale recruitment pipelines across multiple projects, ensuring TBP delivers speed, quality, and compliance every time.
This is a high intensity role for a recruiter who thrives in structured chaos, capable of handling 50+ active roles simultaneously, without losing focus on precision or people.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery




  • Lead end to end recruitment for Freelance, Full Time, and Event Based roles across the region.




  • Handle high volume requisitions utilizing our ATS with precision and clean data.




  • Manage candidate pipelines of 500+ across different projects using automation tools.




  • Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates within 48-72 hours per project brief.




  • Execute interview reviews ensuring ≥90% pass rate accuracy for freelancing and ≥95% for full time roles.




Stakeholder Management




  • Partner with Operations and Client Leads to forecast manpower needs and timelines.




  • Communicate clearly with candidates, ensuring transparency on timelines, documentation, and expectations.




  • Support predeployment coordination via our system(rosters, check-ins, readiness alerts).




  • Ensure all candidates are compliant, vetted, and signed before onboarding.




Quality & Compliance




  • Maintain 100% data integrity in our system.




  • Uphold TBP’s “Standards”  from PO verification to deployment.




  • Adhere to TBP’s Code of Conduct, HSE, and Data Privacy policies at all times.




  • Continuously monitor and update candidate performance logs post event.




Leadership & Mentorship




  • Guide junior recruiters and coordinators on sourcing efficiency and data hygiene.




  • Lead daily huddles and performance reviews for active recruitment campaigns.




  • Train new team members on TBP’s recruitment tech stack and SLA driven workflows.





Requirements

Experience




  • Minimum 5 years in recruitment, with 2+ years in high-volume or event staffing.




  • Proven ability to fill large project roles (200-500+) under tight timelines.




  • Experience working with ATS/CRM systems.




  • Familiarity with GCC labor markets (KSA/UAE), nationalization requirements, and visa documentation.

  • Exceptional time management and prioritization under pressure.




  • Strong communication calm, factual, and decisive.




  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data dashboards and sourcing metrics.




  • Fluency in English is a must.
