About The Role

Our client is a fast-growing electrolyte gummy brand sold on Amazon and Shopify. They are looking for a sharp, organized operator to take ownership of the day-to-day details — production, fulfillment, vendors, and reporting — so the founders can focus on growth. This is a flexible, evolving role that may expand as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with manufacturer (Sky Nutro), packager (ePac), and 3PL to ensure production, shipping, and inventory stay on track
• Track reorder points, lead times, and incoming shipments
• Maintain up-to-date SKUs, pricing, and logistics information across systems
• Follow up with agencies, vendors, and partners to keep projects moving
• Maintain dashboards and weekly summaries of key numbers (sales, stock, shipments, etc.)
• Create and document simple processes so operations run smoothly and consistently
  
  

• 2-5 years experience in eCommerce, CPG, or operations
• Extremely organized, reliable, and proactive — strong follow-up and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple threads with manufacturers, logistics, and agencies
• Strong with spreadsheets, docs, and general digital tools (Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, etc.)
• Communicates clearly and professionally
