About the Role


We are currently seeking dynamic and driven Off-Plan agents to join our team. If you are passionate about real estate, have a deep understanding of the off-plan market, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.


 


Key Rosponsibilities:


 


Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and guiding them to suitable off-plan properties.
Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends, including upcoming projects, developers, and investment opportunities.
Provide detailed consultations to clients regarding off-plan projects, including pricing, payment plans, developer reputation, and ROI analysis.
Identify and cultivate potential leads through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
Negotiate contracts and terms, ensuring client satisfaction while meeting sales targets.
Assist clients with paperwork and guide them through the process of purchasing off-plan properties.
Work closely with the marketing and administrative teams to maximize exposure and streamline the sales process.

Requirements:


 


Proven track record in real estate sales, specifically in off-plan properties.
In-depth understanding of Dubai’s real estate market and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a competitive market.
