About the Role
We are currently seeking dynamic and driven Off-Plan agents to join our team. If you are passionate about real estate, have a deep understanding of the off-plan market, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Rosponsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and guiding them to suitable off-plan properties.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends, including upcoming projects, developers, and investment opportunities.
• Provide detailed consultations to clients regarding off-plan projects, including pricing, payment plans, developer reputation, and ROI analysis.
• Identify and cultivate potential leads through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and terms, ensuring client satisfaction while meeting sales targets.
• Assist clients with paperwork and guide them through the process of purchasing off-plan properties.
• Work closely with the marketing and administrative teams to maximize exposure and streamline the sales process.
Requirements:
• Proven track record in real estate sales, specifically in off-plan properties.
• In-depth understanding of Dubai’s real estate market and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a competitive market.
