Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager for our customer to join their growing team and lead product initiatives within the Company. This role is perfect for a seasoned product professional who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and has a proven track record of building and scaling platform products that serve diverse user bases and partner networks. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving product strategy, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful development and launch of products that strengthen our ecosystem and create sustainable competitive advantages. You will work at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and user experience to build products that not only meet customer needs but also enhance the overall value proposition of our platform.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of comprehensive product strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and ecosystem growth goals.
  • Create and communicate a clear product vision that resonates with internal stakeholders, external partners, and end users.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis, competitive research, and trend identification to ensure products remain innovative and market-leading.
  • Drive product decisions that enhance the interconnectedness of the ecosystem, ensuring new features and products create synergies with existing offerings.
  • Collaborate with other product managers and teams to ensure seamless integration and consistent user experiences across all ecosystem products.
  • Establish shared standards, APIs, and design principles that enable products to work together harmoniously while maintaining their individual value propositions.
  • Own the complete product development process from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Define product requirements, create detailed specifications, manage development timelines, and ensure quality standards are met throughout the development cycle.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams to deliver products that exceed user expectations.
  • Lead agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
  • Maintain a well-groomed product backlog, facilitate scrum ceremonies, and ensure development teams have clear priorities and sufficient context to make informed decisions.
  • Utilize analytics, user research, and market data to inform product decisions and measure success.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor product metrics, and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Set up A/B testing frameworks, analyze user behavior patterns, and translate data insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, design, marketing, sales, and executive teams.
  • Facilitate communication, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders involved in product development and go-to-market activities.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, third-party developers, and ecosystem participants.
  • Create and maintain partner onboarding processes, developer documentation, and support systems that enable external stakeholders to successfully integrate with and build upon the platform.
  • Provide regular updates to executive leadership on product performance, market opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, present to the board when necessary, and contribute to company-wide strategic planning initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead product management role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required if compensated by exceptional professional experience and demonstrated results.
  • Expert-level proficiency in agile development methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean product development. Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, ProductBoard, or similar platforms for roadmap management and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience working with UX/UI designers and understanding of user-centered design principles. Ability to evaluate design proposals, provide constructive feedback, and ensure that user experience considerations are properly integrated into product development processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms. Ability to design and implement measurement frameworks, interpret complex data sets, and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Solid understanding of software development processes, API design, and system architecture. While not required to be a technical expert, you should be able to communicate effectively with engineering teams and understand the technical implications of product decisions.
  • Experience in technology companies, particularly those with platform or marketplace business models. Background in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or developer tools is highly valued. Understanding of industry trends, regulatory considerations, and competitive dynamics in relevant markets.
  • Product management certifications from recognized organizations such as Product School, Pragmatic Institute, or similar programs
