Job Summary

Join our customers team as a Senior Product Growth Manager and play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end user growth across the entire lifecycle acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue. You will leverage your expertise in experimentation, product strategy, and data analysis to develop and execute impactful growth initiatives. The ideal candidate cares deeply about both written and verbal communication, thriving in collaborative, cross-functional environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive growth strategies and plans to increase user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
• Identify target markets, choosing appropriate channels, and implementing tactics to drive sustainable growth.
• Design and implement experiments, initiatives and features from inception to launch by conducting analyses, benchmarking, putting together hypotheses and requirements and working closely with design and engineering teams to develop, launch and iterate the initiative.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure growth initiatives are aligned with overall business goals.
• Set key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business objectives and regularly monitor these KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Analyze user acquisition, retention, and conversion data and identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement in the product or marketing funnel.
• Conduct in depth data analysis using SQL and build models on Excel to assess the impact of strategies, growth levers and forecast growth.
• Allocate and oversee the budget for growth initiatives.
• Continuously research and learn about emerging growth tactics, tools, and industry benchmarks.
• Lead and mentor growth team members and foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
• Prepare and present regular reports to company leadership on growth performance, insights, recommendations, and progress towards business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Have 3+ years of experience working in growth or as a growth PM at a startup
