Senior Product And Clinical Application Specialist - Flexible Endoscopy

To handle onsite support of flexible endoscopy medical equipment through demonstrating, educating, consulting, and supporting selling activities of FUJIFILM endoscopic products.

Candidates must have multi-dimensional skill set to conduct clinical, sales, and market development opportunities in addition to developing business with assigned sales territory and region.

Arrange appointments with doctors, biomedical engineers, and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular routine calling, for promoting product awareness, answering queries, providing advice, and introducing new products, technologies, and features.

Essential Job Functions

• Provide product demonstration support in hospitals, clinics, private offices, and other medical facilities, including attending live cases.
• Highly knowledgeable and specialized about the endoscopy portfolio.
• Assist with product training for the Field Sales Teams.
• Handle end-user operational & handling trainings through hands-on and lectures.
• Complete required administrative activities.
• Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing, and customer service strategies.
• Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs.
• Supports tradeshow and other marketing activities.
• Submitting a comprehensive report about activities done (demos, workshops, events, exhibitions...)
• Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products.
  
  

Knowledge And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering (or similar) discipline, or direct experience dealing with flexible endoscopy business.
• Minimum 3 years related work experience, operating in endoscopy equipment in a clinical (hospital, lab, clinic) setting and assisting doctors.
• Perform training classes in the assigned region.
• MS Office software including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Endoscopy teaching experience is a plus.
• Flexible endoscopy procedure knowledge is a must
