Job Summary

The Role is to Support the Operation Cycle and Sales Operation Cycle and report into Business Operation Manager for managing day to day tasks related to Operation Cycle and Sales Operation for Middle Africa Market and countries.

Responsibilities

  • This involves analyzing market trends and support the Sales Team and Product team.
  • Sales Planning: Support on Sales Operation Plan plans. This includes maintain the Sales target Actuals and forecast tracking for all the countries for Sales Manager
  • Performance Measurement: Track and analyze sales performance to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and activities. Common metrics include sales revenue, conversion rates, sales pipeline metrics.
  • Management Operational Reports: This involves support to create all the set data for market trends, Products and Sales.
  • Support data submission for Market Intelligence Reporting and Analytic to External and Internal stakeholders.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Coordination with Various department from Services & Marketing & finance for Operational sales support.
  • Process Optimization: Support in maintaining the Process documents.
  • Support on Operational cycle of Inventory Management and Allocation of the Stock and re assigning the PO’s
  • Support Business Operation Manager on any other tasks delegated.

Sales Administration

Some of the key aspects of the sales administration include:

  • Contract Management: Support Handling contracts and agreement with the internally for approval process.
  • Customer Communication: General Support on occasional basis.
  • Regulatory support Coordination between Customer Service, and regulatory department and sales team.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification Graduate, Data Analytic understanding, or certification,
  • Preferred 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ready to Learn on job training.
  • Good communication skills & interpersonal Skill,
  • Both written and spoken in English.
  • Excellent experience of MS office and Microsoft 365 for Power BI Reporting Spreadsheet.
