Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior PMO to oversee project governance, standardize project management practices, and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives. You will support project teams, monitor KPIs, manage risks, and provide visibility to senior stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project management standards, templates, and methodologies.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and risks across the portfolio.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and executive summaries for leadership.
• Facilitate project governance meetings and track action items.
• Support project managers in planning, resource allocation, and issue resolution.
• Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices across the PMO.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior PMO team members.
  
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience
• Proven experience in PMO, project management, or program management roles.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
• Proficiency in PM tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, or Asana.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple project teams and senior executives.
