(Senior) Payroll Officer - Part Time, Growth Opportunities

We are currently supporting a fiduciary offering a wide range of services, including accounting, legal, compliance, corporate, tax, and payroll. The payroll team is human-sized, with around five members, fostering a very positive atmosphere both within the team and across the company. Your Responsibilities | Payroll - Finance - Fiduciary - HR - Human Resources - Social


  • You will be responsible for managing a portfolio composed of both financial and commercial clients.
  • You will calculate salaries and prepare approximately 400 payslips per month.
  • You will handle social matters such as holidays, employee onboarding and offboarding, contract drafting, and related administrative tasks.
  • You will ensure compliance with local labor laws and social security regulations.
  • You will act as a point of contact for clients, providing advice on payroll and HR-related matters.

  • You have at least 2 years of experience as a Payroll Officer in Luxembourg, handling a similar portfolio.
  • Ideally, you have experience working with international clients, which will help you feel more comfortable in the role.
  • You are fluent in both English and French, enabling you to communicate efficiently with colleagues and clients.
  • You demonstrate stability in your career path and are looking to join a company for the long term.
