The role?

We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Senior Operations Associate (BNPL) to join our fast-growing team in Dubai. In this role, you’ll drive the growth of our Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) product — designed to help restaurants and hotels manage cash flow, split invoices, and finance renovations or expansions with ease.

As an Operations Manager, you’ll own and build the operational foundation for this new and rapidly scaling product. You’ll be responsible for developing processes from scratch, managing the end-to-end BNPL lifecycle — from underwriting and onboarding to risk management, performance tracking, and client relationship management. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Tech to deliver a seamless merchant experience and ensure operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Driving

• Own the entire BNPL operations process — from reviewing applications, underwriting, onboarding, and risk management, to managing ongoing client relationships and portfolio performance
• Build operational processes from scratch that are crucial for scaling the BNPL product effectively
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Tech teams to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence
• Act as the central coordinator between internal teams and external partners to deliver a seamless merchant experience.
• Lead performance tracking and reporting, developing and optimizing dashboards to provide visibility into key operational metrics.
• Possess a good understanding of finance and the confidence to work hands-on with numbers and data
  
  

• Recently graduated from university; prior full-time work experience is a plus
• Passionate about technology, startups, and the F&B industry
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Great communicator with the ability to work with both internal teams and external partners
• Outgoing personality – able to connect easily with people and engage in natural, authentic conversations
• Open-minded and driven, with the willingness to go beyond fixed working hours when needed to deliver impact
• Eager to learn, hands-on, and willing to take on new challenges
