Responsibilities

• Use advanced analytical tools to evaluate design concepts and identify potential issues.
• Facilitate design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and team members.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of design processes, including schematics and technical reports.
• Collaborate with procurement to assess and select materials and components for mechanical systems.
• Monitor and assess the performance of mechanical systems and recommend improvements and optimizations.
• Ensure all mechanical engineering practices adhere to safety and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and produce design specifications and cost estimates for projects.
• Support the planning and execution of testing processes to evaluate system functionality and performance.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering or a closely related field.
• Proven expertise in mechanical design, analysis, and project management practices.
• Proficient in using computer-aided design (CAD) and simulation software tools.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in mechanical systems design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and innovatively.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
