The Retail Operations Specialist is integral to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of retail outlets. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in retail operations or a similar field for at least three years.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills to lead store teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical abilities with the capability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse team interaction.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
