Here’s your opportunity to join Dubai Holding Entertainment as a Senior Manager - Strategic Planning and Analysis, where you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, commercial performance, and operational excellence across a diverse portfolio of entertainment and leisure assets.

Acting as a trusted strategic partner to senior leadership, you will leverage data, analytics, and commercial insight to identify opportunities, influence decision-making, and deliver initiatives that improve revenue, profitability, customer outcomes, and operational efficiency.

In this role, you will:

• Analyse operational, financial, commercial, and customer data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain business performance dashboards, KPI frameworks, and management reporting that support strategic decision-making.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations that drive measurable business impact.
• Build robust business cases, performance assessments, and scenario analyses to support executive decision-making.
• Partner closely with operations, marketing, and asset management teams to identify and implement commercial and operational improvement initiatives.
• Monitor customer trends, market dynamics, and competitive activity to inform strategic planning and growth opportunities.
• Contribute to long-term business planning, commercial strategies, and performance improvement roadmaps.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders through compelling reporting and data-driven storytelling.
• Lead and develop a direct report while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Establish effective KPI governance and performance tracking processes to support sustained business success.

The ideal candidate is a commercially minded analytics professional who combines strong business understanding with exceptional stakeholder management and analytical capabilities. You are comfortable working with senior leaders, influencing decisions, and transforming data into practical actions that deliver measurable results.

You will bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in business performance, strategy, commercial analysis, consulting, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the drivers of revenue, profitability, customer value, and operational performance.
• Proven experience turning analytical insights into business recommendations that have delivered tangible improvements.
• Advanced expertise in Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, and business performance reporting.
• Strong capability in analysing large and complex datasets and communicating findings in a clear and compelling way.
• Demonstrated experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in hospitality, entertainment, asset management, travel, online travel platforms, consulting, or advisory environments would be advantageous.
• A results-oriented, curious, collaborative, and forward-thinking approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
