About the Job:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Senior Manager – Show Direction at Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Support the Entertainment Director in developing, producing, and delivering live entertainment shows and park productions. 
• Lead the artistic and creative direction of all daily live productions, events, and seasonal entertainment offerings. 
• Manage and guide assistant show directors, performance captains, choreographers, music coaches, cast members, and other live show staff. 
• Oversee the development and documentation of show materials, including scripts, blocking charts, music recordings, creative references, and production procedures. 
• Collaborate closely with Production, Technical, Wardrobe, and other operational teams to ensure shows meet creative, technical, safety, and operational requirements. 
• Maintain and continuously improve show quality standards through regular performance evaluation, feedback, rehearsals, and enhancements. 
• Provide creative input and leadership for special events, marquee events, seasonal productions, and external/corporate entertainment activations. 
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company standards while supporting staff development, cross-training, and operational flexibility.

About you:

• Degree, diploma, or professional training in dance, theatre, performing arts, or a related field. 
• Strong live entertainment experience – Minimum 5 years’ experience directing live shows, productions, events, theatre, theme park entertainment, festivals, or special events. 
• Creative and production knowledge – Strong understanding of script writing, stage production, choreography, costume development, music, props, and show design. 
• Leadership and communication skills – Ability to lead performers, choreographers, show directors, and production teams while communicating effectively with all levels of management. 
• Strong planning and multitasking ability – Capable of managing multiple shows, events, rehearsals, and creative projects simultaneously while maintaining high show-quality standards.
