Job Description

As a Senior Manager of Payroll, you will lead the payroll team with comprehensive oversight of payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees. Leveraging your extensive experience in payroll management, you will work to enhance current processes, implement innovative solutions, and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage entire payroll processing for the organization’s workforce.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and payroll regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategic payroll processes to improve efficiency.
  • Lead a payroll team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance to address payroll-related issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a payroll management position.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale payroll operations and systems.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations and laws.
  • Excellent leadership skills with proficiency in team management and development.
