Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive bilingual Senior Leasing Administrator to lead and enhance the end-to-end leasing process across our ELR/MMI property portfolio. This role will ensure lease compliance, maintain accurate lease records, and act as the key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end lease processes post-negotiation, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Maintain and update a central database and SharePoint records for all lease agreements and related legal documentation.
• Monitor critical lease dates and proactively coordinate with landlords, government authorities, and internal stakeholders.
• Support property projects including location set-ups and closures, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with Legal and Finance teams to ensure lease and financial obligations are met, while maintaining full confidentiality.

Required Qualification and Experience:

• BA Legal is a must
• Languages Arabic and English is must
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and IT systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive lease documents.

Desirable Skills & Qualification:

• Previous experience within the property sector.
• Experience using, managing, and maintaining a real estate database.
