Senior Landscape Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Architect for a prestigious project in the UAE. The candidate will lead landscape design, supervise site execution, and ensure compliance with all local authority standards.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead landscape design development from concept to construction.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.

• Supervise on-site works, including softscape, hardscape, and irrigation.

• Review design drawings, materials, and submittals for compliance.

• Liaise with UAE local authorities to secure approvals.

• Ensure all works follow project standards and regulatory requirements.

• Provide technical guidance and maintain quality across project stages.

• Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality outputs.

🔹 Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.

• 15+ years total experience in landscape architecture.

• Minimum 10 years UAE experience with deep understanding of local regulations.

• At least 5 years experience in villa projects, residential communities, or large-scale public realm developments.

• Strong site supervision experience (softscape, hardscape, irrigation).

• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
