About The Role
As Senior HR Operations Analyst, you'll ensure that all our HR technology systems run like clockwork, providing crucial support to our global HR functions. You'll lead the charge in harmonising technology with human potential, guaranteeing seamless HR processes that empower our people strategy. We're looking for someone to champion this role – someone who finds joy in solutions and thrives in a vibrant culture of learning, growth, and teamwork.
Your responsibilities
Ensure all local tasks related to HR Operations are completed, as well as guide & support team members when necessary.
Provide guidance to employees and managers on self-service transactions and navigating the HR portal; this is especially pertinent in case of factory employees and managers who are not comfortable with technology and require additional hand-holding
Provide support for specific in-market activities which cannot be delivered by Global Ops E.g., wet signatures for visa forms, preparing compliance-focused documentation/reporting
Ad-hoc factory/site activities which cannot be delivered remotely. E.g., Stock Profit Plan Implementation, timekeeping, employee engagement, medical checkups, event logistics preparation such as townhalls and engagement activities
Understand and be able to communicate HR policies, processes, and procedures
In special circumstances, act as the go-between for HRBPs and Global Ops to ensure collaboration and smooth resolution of queries and cases
Interact with other subject matter experts (e.g., BHR, CoE, factory HR etc.) and internal teams (e.g., solutions team) to identify the best solutions for employee queries
Support in onboarding activities: e.g. review documentations, proof of right to work etc.
Support in FTC termination: e.g Issue termination checklist, record termination on system, issue reference letter and close the case.
Support in tax compliance management for international transfers: e.g: maintain data changes and handling invoices.
The experience we're looking for
Solid experience in HRIT systems, preferably with platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
A knack for resolving system issues with a keen analytical mind.
Proven leadership abilities and experience managing teams.
Skilled at juggling multiple tasks without missing a beat in a dynamic environment.
Knowledgeable about data privacy and committed to maintaining system integrity.
Aptitude for change management and executing strategic plans effectively.
Min 2-3 years similar HR Operations experience in fast paced environment
