Job Description

The Senior HR Officer plays a key role in managing the human resources operations of an organization. This position involves a dynamic range of responsibilities, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The Senior HR Officer acts as a bridge between management and employees, fostering a positive work environment and culture. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive human resources policies and procedures effectively.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues and concerns.

  • Ensure an inclusive workplace and promote diversity and equality across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in an HR role, with a leadership position preferred.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations with proven compliance experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to mediate conflicts.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, demonstrating technical aptitude.
  • Proven ability to design and implement effective HR strategies and policies.
  • Experience in managing recruitment, performance management, and employee development processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and decision-making skills in HR-related matters.
