Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least five years of HR experience, with two years in a senior position.
  • Strong understanding of HR laws, policies, and best practices globally.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive situations and information discreetly.
  • Experience with HR software and databases to streamline HR activities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
