Senior HR Executive Recruitment Specialist

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring for the position of Senior HR Executive – Recruitment Specialist in Dubai, UAE.

We are seeking a skilled recruitment professional to manage talent acquisition activities, identify qualified candidates, coordinate hiring processes and support recruitment delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing capabilities, experience with applicant tracking systems and a practical understanding of recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement gathering through candidate selection and onboarding coordination.
   

2. Source suitable candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks and referrals.
   

3. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability against job requirements.
   

4. Coordinate technical interviews, feedback collection and candidate communication.
   

5. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipelines in ATS platforms.
   

6. Develop talent pools for current and future hiring requirements.
   

7. Track recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness and offer acceptance.
   

8. Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to meet recruitment targets.
   

Required Skills

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle.
  

• Candidate Sourcing: Use Boolean search, databases and professional networks.
  

• ATS Management: Maintain candidate pipelines, statuses and recruitment records.
  

• Screening & Assessment: Evaluate qualifications, experience and job suitability.
  

• Recruitment Coordination: Manage interviews, feedback and hiring documentation.
  

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with recruitment practices in the UAE or GCC market.
  

• Experience using Zoho Recruit, Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
  

• Ability to prepare recruitment dashboards and hiring analytics.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Suggested typical profile: 4–7 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, including experience independently managing multiple vacancies. Exposure to agency recruitment, corporate hiring or multi-industry recruitment would be advantageous. This range is illustrative and requires client confirmation.
