Restaurant And Food Service Staff

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Restaurant & Food Service Staff to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidates will assist with daily restaurant operations, provide quality customer service, support food and beverage service, and maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  
• Take customer orders and serve food and beverages accurately.
  
• Prepare dining tables, service counters, and seating areas.
  
• Assist with basic food preparation and beverage service as instructed.
  
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
  
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, equipment, and workstations.
  
• Assist with takeaway and delivery orders.
  
• Process customer payments using POS systems when assigned.
  
• Monitor supplies and assist with stock replenishment.
  
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
  
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing activities.
  
• Support colleagues during busy service periods.
  
• Follow company policies and supervisor instructions.
  

Requirements

Educational Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  
• Hospitality or Food & Beverage training is an advantage.
  

Experience

• Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, hotels, catering, or food service is preferred.
  
• Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may apply.
  
• UAE experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
