Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce high-quality designs for digital and print media.
• Develop and maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Lead design projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project requirements.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers and interns.
• Identify new trends in design and incorporate them into projects effectively.
• Revise, update, and improve existing designs based on feedback and user data.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Liaise with external vendors and partners to ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and adjust designs as necessary.
• Ensure designs comply with company practices and legal guidelines.
• Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design roles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work and creativity.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate visual ideas effectively.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
