About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive to join Learning & Development team at Jumeirah Beach Hotel.

  • S upport in aspects of designing, implementing, and analyzing training content. Must be able to oversee and process administration, data analysis and reporting independently and collaboratively for the department within hotel.
  • Responsible for all property Learning + Development administrative activities and supports the delivery and execution of Learning & Development initiatives
  • Takes ownership of basic functional requests associated with Oracle Tahweel, Axonify and all other Learning systems and applications and plays a key role in data collection, analysis, and action planning for the property.
  • Supports the Learning Needs Analysis and Learning Audit initiatives for the property and creates property-specific course offerings in Oracle Tahweel and tracks all training activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external training vendors and manage vendor relationships and contracts
  • Adhere to departmental policies, HSE processes, Grooming Standards and Learning and Development standard operating procedures

About You

  • 3 years+ experience in training, preferably from Hospitality Industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Exposure to Axonify, Adobe, Survey Monkey, QR Code Generator etc
  • Effectively works with people at all levels of the property
  • Self-directed while at the same time works as part of a team
