Senior Executive - Bid

Job Description

The Sr. Eexecutive Bid - FM is responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for Total Facilities Management contracts with a strong operations background, the role involves analyzing client requirements, conducting site assessments and preparing competitive bids for hard and soft services. This role requires close collaboration with operations, commercial team and subcontractors to ensure estimates align with practical service delivery models and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, RFP requirements and scope specifications.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for hard and soft FM services.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and conduct site surveys and assessments.
• Prepare RFIs and coordinate clarifications with relevant stakeholders.
• Develop manpower plans using productivity benchmarks and site-specific requirements.
• Obtain, evaluate and negotiate quotations for specialist subcontracted services.
• Develop practical, competitive and operationally deliverable service models.
• Carry out rate benchmarking, risk assessment and value-engineering reviews.
• Prepare complete technical and commercial proposals, including assumptions, exclusions and cost breakdowns.
• Coordinate with Operations, Commercial, Procurement and other internal stakeholders.
• Support client clarifications, presentations, negotiations, variations and contract amendments.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quantity Surveying, Facilities Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant TFM estimation and bidding experience within the UAE FM industry.
