As a Solutions Engineer, you will serve as a trusted technical and business partner to the Americas Sales Team, helping enterprise customers solve operational challenges with TeamViewer Frontline. This role places a strong focus on warehouse and supply chain workflows, one of our fastest-growing areas. You will also support additional use cases across manufacturing, field service, and remote support. Your focus will be aligning TeamViewer’s capabilities with customer needs across both IT and OT environments. You will engage directly with prospects and customers to understand their goals, lead tailored product demonstrations, and guide proof-of-concept initiatives. You will work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to design and deliver solutions that drive productivity, streamline operations, and achieve measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Warehouse Domain Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of warehouse processes (e.g., picking, packing, inventory control, replenishment) and how TeamViewer’s solutions integrate with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to improve productivity and accuracy.
  • Presentations & Demos: Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements that show how our solutions address real-world challenges and deliver measurable value.
  • Customer Engagement: Participate in discovery conversations to identify customer needs, challenges, and goals, and translate these into clear, actionable solutions.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate on the development of custom workflows and demo environments that reflect customer use cases. Clearly articulate how TeamViewer delivers value through ease of use, system performance, and seamless integration.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Customer Success, and R&D to ensure that proposed solutions are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with customer objectives.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and evolving technologies across IT and OT environments. Share relevant insights to support internal knowledge sharing and customer conversations.
  • Partner Enablement: Support joint demos and customer engagements with strategic partners. Assist in showcasing TeamViewer technologies as part of integrated, customer-centric solutions.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineer or Pre-Sales Consultant, with a strong focus on warehouse operations and hands-on familiarity with WMS platforms such as SAP EWM, Manhattan, or similar systems.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise environments and solution selling to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to both technical users and business stakeholders.
  • Proven experience leading or supporting proof-of-concept engagements and contributing to tailored solution designs that meet operational and business goals.
  • Familiarity with platforms and tools such as cloud infrastructure, virtualization, APIs, or middleware.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset and a customer-first approach.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Up to 30% travel required
